Although we do not anticipate problems with customers needing to return products, just in case, here is our policy:
Returns: Goods cannot be returned without our permission and our Return
Authorization Number must be marked on the package or shipment will be refused
and returned at customer's expense. Requests for return authorization must be
made within 14 days of the shipment date. All returns are subject to a 25
percent handling and restocking charge, and will only be accepted if returned
prepaid and in excellent condition (in the original packaging). Used products
such as dye-sublimation toner that has been loaded into cartridges will not be
accepted as a return. Return authorization is void after 30 days of the date
issued. Custom orders are not returnable.
Warranty: We stand behind our products and will replace any product that
proves defective in material or workmanship within 30 days of shipment upon
satisfactory proof of defect. We cannot be responsible for our products
proving defective because of incorrect application or incorrect washing
procedures. As well, we cannot be held responsible for any garments which have
been harmed by the application of our products.
