HotTee Pressing Instructions Printing HotTee: When loading HotTee into your Okidata paper tray, make sure it is placed face down (blue grid is facing up) and the 3/8" strip across one end of the paper is placed toward the front of the drawer. Make sure your printer driver is set with paper weight at Heavy (28 -32 lbs). Make sure you have the back paper feed tray open so it feeds out the back of the printer and not out the top. Pressing HotTee: Trim the 3/8" wide strip off the end of the HotTee paper. Slide a sheet of Teflon inside the T-shirt. Using a lint roller, remove any dust from the surface of the T-shirts, then pre-press your 50/50 T-shirts for 3 - 5 seconds. Place your transfer and press for 32 seconds at 390 degrees, heavy pressure and peel hot. To soften the transfer further, try stretching the hot T-shirt or press a second time for 2 - 3 seconds with Teflon covering the transfer. |
